Bangalore, Mar 27: Konkan Ekvotit Yuvazan (KEY)'s 2nd AGM 2010-2011, started with Prayer by Rowina Cutinha at 11:00AM. The meeting began on a welcome note by KEY’s President Denzil D’Souza. Former secretary Ashwin D’souza read the minutes of the previous general body meeting. Current secretary Sanjeena Menezes read the Annual Report for the year 2010-2011 and same has been passed by Mithun seconded by Regan and Kiran. Followed by Treasurer’s report was read by Melwin Pinto for the year 2010-2011 and same has been passed by Lionel seconded by Ashwin and Mithun.

President Denzil D’Souza welcomed all new members and all the new members were introduced to the forum. Old Core committee was dismissed and session was opened for suggestions from the members. Former president Lionel D’souza provided brief introduction on KEY’s vision and history. KCA Youth Convener Mr. Gerald D'Souza addressed the forum and provided some suggestions to KEY:
- KEY members are having other associations contacts, utilising that we need to drive KEY’s membership
- KEY in progress is commendable but it’s just a start, by conducting valuable events it will grow.

KEY and KCA core committee felicitated and memento was presented by Mr. Frank D’Souza to Nyzil Loy Alvares as “Best KEY Member for the year 2010-2011”.

Newly elected committee members took in-charge and re-elected President Denzil D`souza addressed the forum and sheared his plans

Mr. Frank D’Souza congratulated newly elected committee and addressed the forum. Provided some valuable suggestions to KEY
- Take initiatives to conduct retreat’s, spiritual programs and other events.
- Conduct some events in each Monthly Meetings.
- Organise career guidance program to 9th and 12th Standard students and try to identify their interests and talents

Former Secretary Sanjeena Menezes handed over the role to newly elected Secretary Jeevan Roy Crasta and Former Treasurer Melwin Pinto handed over the role to newly elected Treasurer Loyed Kiran Fernandes
